Abstract
Marxist ;hilosophy established,on the basis of practice,by critically inheriting the Reasonable Core of Hegel`s cialects,and the Basic Core of Feuerbach`s materialism.Marxist philosophy realizes the organic combination of materialism and dialects,integrates materialist nature outlook with history outlook,and establishes historical materialism.This mathod of criticizing,inheriting and creating has a deep theoretical significance and tar-reaching realistic sisnificance.
