The Analysis of FDI and Environmental Pollution Based on China's Inter-provincial Panel Data

Abstract

This paper used my 29 provinces 1992-2006 annual FDI panel data and indicators of environmental pollution, constructed an econometric model, the Granger causality test, this test between FDI and environmental pollution related to results of the study show that FDI is the result Granger causes environmental pollution, and pollution caused FDI did not show changes in Granger reasons in addition to establishing a simple regression model on FDI.
