Our securities business has gain a determinate achievement after several years' developing. Owing to higher doorsill, not only a great number of high-tech industries and small corporations can't come into the market, but also risk-investments lack of effective exit channel. Whether establishing two-board market or not become the focuses that people talk about. Author analyzes the development of other countries' two-board market and market risks, and discusses how to establish the two-board market in a new economy.
