On Composition & Workable Methods of College Counselors' Social Responsibility

As a special group of college teachers,college counselors are carrying a variety of responsibilities,including politic,education thought,knowledge innovation,and serving local economic development,etc. Some of these responsibilities are universal,while some are of characteristics. All these responsibilities require the college counselors a lot of abilities to fulfill their job in the new period. In view of this,the college counselors should adjust and reconstruct their working ideas,mechanism,and modes,and construct a long- term mechanism of implementing the responsibilities to make their job duties scientific,standardized,and normal.
