Abstract
Selenium in six kinds of tea is determined by the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 (volume ratio=4:1),then the resultant digestion solution was determined with HG-AFS.The relationship between selenium concentration and fluorescence intensity is linear in the range of 0~40.00 μg/L.The linear equation is If=30.964 9C+97.714,and the correlation coefficient R is 0.999 8.The relatively standard deviation was 1.8%(n=6).The recovery of standard addition is 98.4%~102.5%
