Abstract
[Objective] To definite the types of nematode in bonsai for control nematode effectively.[Method] The investigation on the types of nematode was carried out for root soil,culture media and root tissue of 3 bonsai export enterprises and 29 main export bonsai and potted plants,and 142 samples were collected.[Result] 12 genera of nematodes were separated and identified,and the quarantine pests,such as,Xiphinema sp.,Longidorus sp.,Pratylenchus sp.,Trichodorus sp.and Paratrichodorus sp.etc.were found,but without Meloidogyne sp..Control measures for nematodes were put forward.[Conclusion] There are many kinds of nematodes in Ningbo,it is necessary to administer bonsai comprehensively before export,to ensure that it can be exported successfully.
