Abstract

Ideas of Tibetan Buddhism on life,equity and justice had significant influence on the local legal spirits,administrative law legislation,military law legislation,criminal law legislation,legislation on economy,and rules of evidence of Mongolia and Tibet in Qing Dynasty of China.As a whole,these ideas facilitated the local legislation of Mongolia and Tibet in Qing Dynasty to become civilized gradually,and provide certain conditions for the integration of western politics and law in Qing Dynasty.
