Clinical observation of topical Kuiyang San and Baofukang suppository combined with LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

Objective To discuss the effect of topical Kuiyang San and Baofukang suppository combined with LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 120 cases patients with chronic cervicitis were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases. The treatment group were treated with topical Kuiyang San and Baofukang suppository combined with LEEP,while the control group were treated with LEEP simply. After treatment,compared the efficacy and complications of 2 groups. Results The cure rate of the treatment group (93. 3%) was higher than that of the control group (80. 0%) ; the postoperative bleeding and infection rates of treatment group were lower than that of the control group; the time of vaginal discharge was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05) . Conclusion The topical Kuiyang San and Baofukang suppository combined with LEEP in the treatment fo chronic cervicitis has high cure rate and little adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
