Abstract
The Confucian ways of thinking that is relevant to development of modern science is mainly presented by the harmony between man and nature, intuitive experience, pragmatism and the union of knowledge and action. The Confucian ways of thinking in natural economy age did not ben-efit the occurrence of modern science and hindered its early communication in China. However, along with China 's development of modern science,the positive effect of the Confucian ways of thinking on modern science is gradually apparent. The Confusion ways of thinking contributes to coordi-nating the relationship among the development of modern science, human 's social life and ecological environment, exerting the role of implicit knowledge in modern scientific creative activities, as well as cultivating technologists ' ethical awareness and improving their ideological realm.
