Abstract
Objective To study the anti-radiation effect of Lingqifuzheng Decoction.Methods Modeling by 60Co gamma-ray,the peripheral blood of mice were detected on the 3,7,14 and 25 days respectively after radiation.The index of thymus and spleen were determined.By HE staining,the pathological changes of the spleen were observed.Results After radiation,the peripheral blood routine was reduced,so was the index of thymus and spleen.Compared with model group,high-dose group of Lingqifuzheng Decoction could accelerate the restoration of recovery of all these indexes with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Lingqifuzheng Decoction had a protective effect on the hematopoietic and immune system in the radiation-injured mice.
