The Course and its Prospect of China’s Cultural Construction since Reform and Opening up

In the socialist theoretical system and practice with Chinese characteristics, how to construct socialist culture is a problem interweaving with the present reality and future development of China. Since the CPC’s Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee, the construction of socialist culture has been the strategic task of the present China and a consistent task. With the advancement of socialist modernization, the cultural construction and understanding of reform have been continually deepened and the practice of culture construction is steadily advancing in carrying out the concept of scientific development.
