Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women and often occurs in perimenarcheal girls.In many cases,it is quite difficult to differentiate the pathological features of adolescent PCOS from the physiological changes of puberty.How to recognize the clinical features of adolescent PCOS,make early diagnosis and early treatment,followed by prevention of long term complications remain the disputable topics for clinicians.
