Abstract
In this study,a specific method for detecting Vibrio harveyi was established by designing one pair of specific primers based on the HSP60 gene sequences, optimizing the PCR reaction condition, and testing the specificity and sensitivity. The results showed that the PCR primers could amplify 238 bp HSP60 gene fragment from the DNA of V.harveyi, and no positive reaction was detected in 5 other pathogenic Vibrio species teste. The sensitivity test indicated that the DNA of V.harveyi could be detected at 0.21pg.Therefore,the PCR protocol established in this study could be used to rapid diagnose of the disease caused by V.harveyi.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
