Abstract
First proposed by the Eighteenth Summit of the CPC party, the concept of service oriented party is the new development of Marxism political theory and also the new goal of the party construction. This definition takes current national and international situations into account, and clarifies the content, method, as well as target of the party's services. In practice, party members at all levels should be involved in global and creative thinking to comprehensively promote the construction of service-oriented party.
