Evaluation of Academic Impact of 14 Core Journals of Library and Information Science——Based on the Statistical Analysis of CNKI from 2004 to 2010

In order to realize the status of research exchange and utilization in library and information science,the paper analyzes the cited papers on 14 core journals from 2004 to 2010 based on Chinese journal full-text network database and Chinese citation network database in the aspects of citation rate,self-citation,cross-citation,interval-distribution of rates of single cited paper and immediacy index,etc.This work is compared with the previous results and the academic influence of the core journals are evaluated objectively.
