Jiangxi Local Red Army and Donggu Revolutionary Base

Abstract
The earliest local revolutionary army and the second red area in the west of Jiangxi are established in Donggu. The Second and Fourth Independent Regiments of Jiangxi Red Army are important supports for establishing Donggu Revolutionary Base, making great contributions for backing the Fourth Red Army. The form of Donggu secret enriches Mao Zedong's thought of armed independent regime of workers and peasants . The development of the Second and Fourth Independent Regiments enlarges and consolidates the west-Jiangxi red area around Donggu.
