A Probe into the Development of Security

Sovereign state actor is the object of study in traditional national security. The newly emerging comprehensive security not only pays close attention to state actors, but also emphasizes non-state actors. Meanwhile, it involves politics security, economy security, military security, social security etc. The human security probes into security of human being. The three notions reflect the profound development of security. Through the study of actors in security field, this paper provides a clear statement that we should identify the comprehensive security. At the same time, the human security should not be neglected.
