Abstract
This article examines the advantages in developing green food industry for Liaoning province and the existent problems in this respect as well as the opportunities and challenges that Liaoning faces.The author emphasizes that developing green food industry is an inevitable choice for Liaoning province in that it can stimulate the construction of modern agriculture and improve farm products competitiveness in the market and eventually keep rise in the economic growth for the whole province.
