Abstract
In future CDMA mobile communication system with all-IP will use mobile IP to support the mobility of users.But in standard mobile IP exists larger handoff delay which is beyond the range of delay real-time and sensitive-delay traffic.So, Quick Seamless Handoff Technology becomes the hotspot of current research,and in this paper,the authors propose an L2T resolution.
