Abstract
In this study, Dongxiang wild rice was used as the parent material to develop new rice variety with cold tolerance. A new line named 4913-1was bred successfully by two-step low temperature treatment. This new line has stronger tolerance to clod, So it can regenerate as the regenerating rice several times by vegetable propagation, and its rice, quality and stress-resistance are also good.
