Abstract
Two kinds of aragonite type calcium carbonate(i.e.self-made calcium carbonate and natural calcium carbonate) were prepared,and their influences on the thermal stability of PVC were studied.The results showed that:(1) influenced by organic macro molecules,calcium carbonate crystals with aragonite structure could be formed.(2) aragonite type calcium carbonate was unfavorable to the improvement of thermal stability of PVC.
