Review on the Studies of Confucian Temple in the Last 20 Years

With the mushrooming of Confucian schools around the world,Chinese traditional culture has been receiving increasing attention from researchers.Since traditional culture is dominated by Confucianism,study of Confucius and Confucianism is an indispensable element to the study of Chinese traditional culture.Thus,Confucian temple,which is the site for people to worship Confucius,is worth studying for better understanding of Chinese traditional culture.This paper reviews the achievements and deficiencies in the studies of the last 20 years and provides some suggestions for further study.
