Abstract
A field experiment was carried out to study the effect of the biogas slurry irrigation on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage and the soil nutrient content. The results showed that the yield of the Chinese cabbage treated with biogas slurry was higher than that of CK,but there is no significant difference. After harvest, the nutrient content of biogas slurry treated Chinese cabbage was significantly higher than that of CK. The content of inorganic nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium in 0 ~ 15 cm soil were significantly higher than CK. And the ammonium nitrogen content in 15 ~ 30 cm soil increased significantly comparing with CK. The soluble sugar and soluble protein content of the cabbage treated with biogas slurry increased significantly, and the crude fiber content reduced,so the cabbage quality improved after using biogas slurry. The nitrate content in each slurry treatment was higher than that of CK,but still within the range of the National Standards.
