The Dissolution Test of Aspirin Tablets and the Results Analysis

Abstract
The dissolution rate of aspirin was determined with rotating basket method to judge whether the dissolution was qualified,and the aspirin was made by students in Pharmacy.The dissolution data of aspirin tablets were 49.03%±5.03%(obtained by 2005 pharmaceutical class),29.68%±11.42%(obtained by 2005 pharmacy class),all of less than 80%,and the dissolution data of aspirin tablets made by teacher with ameliorated method was 82%±6.23%,above 80%.The dissolution of aspirin tablets was not qualified made by student,and the dissolution of aspirin tablets made by teacher was up to standard after strictly operation regulation and replacement of adhesives.
