Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effects of HuaShi TongQiao liquid atomization on nasal mucosa recovery of the patients who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery, and observe the laws of functional recovery and the morphology of nasal mucosa in postoperative patients. Methods: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally, the control group received the rinsing of nasal cavity by physiological saline, and the treatment group HuaShi TongQiao liquid atomization on the foundation of the therapy. The changes of symptoms and body sign of the patients, the changes of nasal cilia transportation speed, cleaning time of nasal cavity, metaplasia of nasal cavity mucous epithelium and the changes of inflammatory cells number were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the symptom, body signs, nasal cilia transportation speed, cleaning time of nasal cavity, metaplasia of nasal cavity mucous epithelium and inflammatory cells number between both groups(P0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effects of HuaShi TongQiao liquid atomization are obvious superior to that of washing with physiological saline only after the surgery, which could effectively eliminate the enema of nasal mucosa, promote blood circulation of nasal cavity, the absorption of secreta, regeneration and recovery of the mucous, and accelerate the rehabilitation of the inflammation.
