Abstract
The S.D rats were orally given Copper Asprin at the doses of 10 mg, 50 mg/kg body weight. By ICPQ-1021 technique, the copper concentration was determined in serum, brain, liver, kidney, spleen and feces. The results showed that the concentrations of copper in serum, brain, liver, kidney and spleen had no significant differences between the treated groups and the control. ( P 0 05). The copper concentration in feces was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 0 01). The pathological section showed the Kupper's cells increased in rat liver in the treated groups. It was also suggested that the copper of oral Copper Aspirin did not accumulate in organs and the copper was excreted from feces.
