Abstract

Methylene Blue watery solution was selected as printing and dyeing simulant wastewater, then it was disposed by Fenton oxidation technology, and the color removal rate was selected as evaluated index.By the methods of single factor analysis and orthogonal tests, the Fenton reagent dosage, reaction time and initial pH was researched by the numbers. The experiments results showed that the color removal rates of water sample increased with the increase of Fenton reagent dosages and with the extendity of reaction time, and the fitting Fenton reagent dosage and reaction time were 5 mL reagent/25 mL water sample and 30 min respectively. As for the initial water pH,the fitting value was 4,and color removal rates of water sample fell in the course of the pH shifting from 4 to 3 and from 4 to 6.In the course of Fenton reagent oxidizing wastewater; And at.the optimized conditions, the color removal rate of water sample was removed to 99%; The color removal rates of water sample were not affected obviously by the every level of the three factors, and the effect sequence of the three factors was arranged as follows:reaction timeFenton reagent dosageinitial water pH.
