Abstract
In terms of the requirements of college open laboratory teaching management, this paper presents the idea of establishing college open laboratory management information system based on B/S mode with the application of Internet and Intranet technique.The organizing structure and details of software design have been introduced. At the same time this paper gives the means of realization and main features of MIS in the light of the demanding analysis of college open laboratory teaching management.
