Analysis of the Work Nature and Role of University Graduate Secretary

From the perspective of secondary management graduate,analyzed the Big Five work nature of secretary,analysis of the graduate secretary in the quality of graduate education projects in several important aspects:the quality of students,an important role in training mode and qualified training and other aspects,from harmonious interpersonal relationships,a good summary of the habits and information,several aspects of the management capacity to do graduate secretary,provide some guidance to secretarial work of graduate students.
