Abstract
Objective To observe the prevention and treatment of naloxone and hyperbaric oxygen on delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods The study group(45 cases)were treated by naloxone and hyperbaric oxygen, and the control group(39cases) were treated by hyperbaric oxygen only. Then the coma time and occurring rate of delayed encephalopathy in two groups were observed. Results There was significant difference in coma time(P0.01),and occurring rate of delayed encephalopathy(P0.05).Conclusion Naloxone of big dosage in early stage combined hyperbaric oxygen can shorten the coma time and lower the occurring rate of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning. It was worth being widely applied.
