On the right safeguarding of criminal suspect of death penalty in criminal lawsuit

Abstract
In the legal procedure we establish the safeguarding measure of lawsuit rights, to safeguard the rights and interests of the crime suspect at the weak trend position, guarantee its lawsuit main body status, and finally realize the procedure and substantive equity. In the practice, the lawsuit rights of criminal suspect of death penalty perform for the different forms in different stages, we should take the different safeguarding measures to protect their rights according to the different characteristics of the lawsuit stage.
