Abstract

Modified acrylate emulsions were prepared with KH570 and acrylate monomer.The influence of monomer ratio,composite emulsifier amount and methods of polymerization on emulsion performance was studied.The result showed that when BA∶MMA is 0.8 and emulsifier amount is 4%,the best performance of emulsion can be obtained.
