Abstract
Male sterility opens up an efficient and cost-effective way to take advantage of hybrid vigor in crop production. This paper reviewed the strategies of producing male sterility by gene engineering and new ways for the reproduction of male sterility lines use as a female parent in hybrid seed production. It also was discussed the importance and prospect of these technologies in hybrid seed's commercialization production.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
