Training of students' creative thinking in the philosophy teaching

The ability of creative thinking is characterized by originality, nimbleness and diversity, which is required for quality and competence in the time of knowledge economy. In the colleges and universities, philosophy teaching plays an important role in improving student's creative thinking that can not be substituted by others. Philosophy can train thinking, advance intelligence quotient and offer inspiration. The paper introduce the concept of creative thinking and its major features. Then form the perspectives of teaching, disucssion and practice, this paper discusses measures teachers should take in cultivating the creative thinking of the students.
