On Problems of Government Purchase and their Countermeasures

The government purchase plays a role in the economic management for all the countries in the world,which in practical,international buying system.At present,for college teaching equipment,materials,and construction projects, all the purchases have been included into the category of government purchase.Due to the lack of experience,and short history of this system,a series of problems still exist in this system.These problems are analyzed in this paper and countermeasures are proposed.
