Abstract

Iron ore is significant to national economy and social development.In recent years,during exploration of sedimentary metamorphic iron ore deposits,we made satisfying achievements in increasing ore reserve by starting with test of geomagnetic anomaly combined with identification of geological and metallogenic structures.This paper outlined regional ore-forming geological setting and geophysical features of the Bengbu area,described geological features and ore indicators of the Chenghuangmiao iron ore deposit,Bengbu City,Anhui Province.
