Abstract
The people characteristic is one of the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's system construction thought.In Deng Xiaoping's views,the system construction is based on the direct construction of the people's material and cultural needs,so the system construction should truly reflect the people's interests,persist in doing everything for the people and depend upon the people,take the people's fundamental interests as the supreme test,finally realize person's free and comprehensive development.
