Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined fill in beneficial is angry with this elderly diabetes treatment the feasibility and scientific.[Methods] Retrospective analysis of 6 flavour glutinous rehmannia soup respectively by means of joint fill in beneficial gas tonga minus(group A) and neutral people insulin(group B) care of elderly patients with diabetes all 60 cases,comparison hospitalization after 6 weeks ago glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and mixed postprandial 2 h blood sugar(2 HPG) level,at the same time are compared the incidence of hypoglycemia events.[Results] Two groups of each index before and after treatment were compared with significant difference(P0.05),but no significant differences compared between groups(P0.05).[Conclusion] The combination of Liuwei Dihuang decoction for the treatment of senile diabetes reducing gas tonga have very good treatment effect,it is worth clinical promotion.
