Abstract
The effects of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 alloy with equiaxed primary microstructure were investigated.It was shown that the microstructure changed first to α+β and then β phase with increasing heat treatment temperature,meanwhile the mechanical property also changed.And duplex microstructure with good comprehensive property could be obtained by heat treatment between 950-970 ℃.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical property can be controlled by adjusting the heat treatment temperature.
