Abstract
Using frozen and paraffin section methods to the body tissues of minks,then HE staining was used for observation;comparing analyzed the effects of three different fixative in the frozen sections.The results showed that: Paraffin method was more suitable for brain tissue,and frozen section method was more suitable for skin tissue;the effects of three difference fixatives to frozen section methods,fixative A(anhydrous alcohol 80 mL、Formaldehyde 10% 10 mL,glacial acetic acid 10 mL) was better than fixative C(formalin 10%) and fixative B(Formaldehyde 40%15 mL, anhydrous alcohol 85 mL).
