Influence of College Students′ Employment Difficulty on Human Capital Investment Behavior

At present, whether the education investment to college students is valuable, whether occupation education is better than university education, and where the family education investment will go? In this paper, under the difficult employment situation of university students, it takes the parent investors as the main research object, considers the funds for children to university as the main human capital investment behavior, shows the factors affecting the parents investment willingness through the design of the questionnaire and empirical analysis, and studies the influence of difficult employment on parents' human capital investment decision, to provide suggestions for the human capital investment.
