Abstract
Based on the analysis of the lean manufacture implementation status of domestic automobile industry, and the tendency of multi-product, small-batch-size production, a structured method of lean manufacture implementation is proposed. Lean principles, lean organization, lean workshop, lean value stream, lean layout, lean equipment and tooling, lean logistics, are the key aspects for organizations striving for continuous improvement.
