Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of processus neuralis in different cerebral function domains in head CT scan. Methods The CT data of 100 patients with slight closed trauma of the head were selected randomly, and the cerebrum was divided into three equal parts in the anterioposterior direction on the scanning sections, which were localized by cerebral processus neuralis. Results The number of processus neuralis of anterior central gyrus, posterior central gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, gyrus marginalis, angular gyrus and transverse temporal gyri on various sections is relatively constant, and the position of processus neuralis in the three equal sections of cerebrum is relatively constant. Conclusion The localization of cerebral function domains according to processus neuralis trunk is an accurate method, so it is promising to be further applied in clinical practice.
