Abstract
Firstly the control of engineering cost is elaborated.Meanwhile,cost control target and objective in construction stage of building project are introduced.In the end measures should be adopted by construction enterprises in construction stage for cost control are mainly analyzed in order to realize effective control of engineering cost,prevent budget beyond estimate and maximize economic returns.
