Abstract

This paper expounds the present situation of Shanxi's population,resources and environment,and points out that Shanxi Province should make great efforts to regulating its industrial direction,transforming the energy consciousness,strengthening the law enforcing for realizing Shanxi's strategic targets of economic structure regulation and sustainable development.
