Abstract
The two infinitesimal functions are the same order infinitesimal when their tangent slope ratio for non-zero not 1 constants at zero, and the two infinitesimal functions are the equivalenc infinitesimal when their tangent slope ratio for constant 1 at zero, these conclusions are verified by the Mc Laughlin formula, and the correctness of these conclusions are proved by the examples.
