Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures on Cultural Industry Development of Hebei Province

In recent years,cultural industries in Hebei Province have developed to some extent,but still fall behind the southeast coastal provinces and municipalities.Some factors such as the lag of culture Industrial organization,lack of high-tech,imperfect system of investment and financing system and lack of talented person have restricted culture industry development of Hebei Province.On the basis of the thorough analysis to these restriction factors,the following countermeasures are proposed:push culture industry organizational reform,establish innovation system,widen investment and financing channels and develop human resources and so on.
