Abstract
In this paper, 5 species of Monalocoris Dahlbom and 9 species of Eccritotars ini (Hemiptera, Miridae, Bryocorinae) are reported, including 3 new species (M ona locoris fulviscutellatus sp. nov. and Monalocoris nigroflavis sp. nov.and Monalocoris ochraceus sp. nov.). Monalocoris amamianus Yasunaga,and Di oclerus t hailandensis Stonedahl and Ernestinus tetrastigma Y asunaga are newly recorded in China. Rostrum reaching anterior coxa.Antennal segment Ⅰ light yellowish brown with a brown ring at basal 1/3;segment Ⅱ light yellowish brown with apical 1/3-2/5 yellowish brown, Ⅲ and Ⅳyellowish brown (Fig. 1). Pronotum yellowish brown, posteriorly with tiny shallow pits, slightly shiny. Collar light yellowish brown.Calli shiny, laterally reaching lateral side of pronotum (Figs. 1, 8), callus length about 1/4 times as long as pronotal lateral margin. Scutellum yellowish white. Clavus yellowish brown, its inner margin and commissu re area brown, sometimes its basal half suffused with brown. Corium light yellow,semihyaline, inner apical 2/3-4/5 suffused with brown, anterior margin of this brown area obscure, and obliquely extending from middle of vein Cu to apical 3/4 of ou ter margin of clavus; apical 1/3 of outer corial margin brownish, sometimes forming a longitudinal marking. Embolium light yellow, apical half yellowish brown. Cune us light yellow, semihyaline, basal inner angle brown and apical area yellowish bro wn, cuneus inner margin slightly concave (Fig.13). Membrane pale smoky, mottled. Leg s light yellowish brown with a subapical dark ring. Thorax ventrally yellowish bro wn, abdominal venter yellowish brown or black brown, posterior margin of abdominal s egments Ⅲ-Ⅶ suffused with black. Measurements (mm). Head length 0.2, width 0.6, vertex width 0.3, antennal segment length: 0.3, 0.7, 0.4, 0.3. Collar width 0.4; pronotal length 0.6 , width 1.1. Scutellum length 0.3.
