MAX+PLUS Ⅱ is a kind of EDA software, which is developed independently by the Altera Company of the United States. With a environment and offers advantages in speed, flexibility and analysis. This paper illustrates the application of the software in the study of digit logic circuit by performing simulation experimeats.
