On Perfecting the Legislation for the Social Responsibility of Enterprises

Abstract

As an indispensable member of the community,the social responsibility that an enterprise should shoulder is of great significance either to their own or to the whole community.With the analysis and discussion of the present situation of the legislation for the social responsibility of the enterprises in our country,the paper finds out that the current laws for enterprises′ responsibility are not sound and perfect.So we should identify the problems,and work out relevant laws and regulations to make the system perfect.
